Description of the complaint procedure

The Buyer may lodge a complaint concerning the purchased product at or in written form to address:

29-100 Włoszczowa,

A properly lodged complaint should contain at least the following information:
  • the Buyer's name, surname, address and e-mail address,
  • date of purchase of the object constituting the basis for the complaint,
  • subject of the complaint, indicating the Buyer's request,
  • any circumstances justifying the complaint.

If the data or information provided in the complaint requires supplementation, we will ask the complainant to supplement it within the specified scope before considering the complaint.

We will recognize a complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt in its correct form.

Our reply to the complaint will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer or to traditional mail address.
